Working Principle and Parameters

Log Washer

The cleaning cylinder is supported by four tug wheels, the motor drives the reducer, and the large and small gears drive the cleaning cylinder to rotate at a low speed. Aggregate containing mud and stone powder is fed from the inlet and enters the rotating drum, and is continuously brought up and thrown down by the wear-resistant rubber liner installed at a certain angle in the cleaning drum, and circulates for many times in the process of moving from the feeding end to the discharging end, and is washed by the rinsing water in the downward or reverse direction, and the cleaned aggregates are screened and dewatered by the drum sieve at the discharging end and then discharged. Waste water containing sludge is discharged through a perforated baffle at the discharge or feed end.
