Jiangxi Changyi ZKB series linear vibrating screen is driven by dual motors and can be used for screening and classifying powdery and granular materials. It is widely used in plastics, chemicals, medicine, building materials, grain, fertilizer and other industries.The maximum feeding particle size should not exceed 100mm.

 

Working Principle and Parameters

 

The linear vibrating screen uses vibration motor excitation as the vibration source to cause the material to be thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line at the same time. The material evenly enters the feed port of the screening machine from the feeder and produces several types of materials through the multi-layer screen. The oversize and undersize materials of the specifications are discharged from their respective outlets. It has low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust spillage, automatic discharge, and is more suitable for assembly line operations.
