Weak Magnetic Metal Separation Equipment Three-Stage Three-Roll Magnetic Separator

The magnetic source of the dry permanent magnetic separator is made of high-performance permanent material rare earth NdFeB through polymerization. This model is a combination of upper and lower rollers. The upper magnetic roller has a low magnetic field strength for separating strong magnetic minerals, and the lower magnetic roller has a high magnetic field strength for the purification of weak magnetic minerals. It can achieve the purpose of magnetic separation of various magnetic and non-magnetic minerals at one time. 

We can produce one roller, two rollers, three rollers, four rollers dry type high intensity magnetic separator and low intensity magnetic separator, magnetic field intensity from 800 gauss to 20000 gauss. the dry magnetic separators are widely used for separate magnetic iron ore,Tin ore, ilmenite, titanium ore, hematile, manganese, cobalt, cassiterite, coltan,tantalum, niobium, zircon sand, beach black sands, Monazite ore, Rutile ore,silica purify sand and so on.
The magnetic separator can be configured with one roller, two rollers, three rollers, four rollers as per the ore condition and as clients' requirements.

Working Principle and Parameters

When the raw materials flow into the tank body of the wet drum magnetic separator, firstly, the flowing direction of the raw materials is the same as the rotary direction of the magnetic drum, the iron magnetite materials are attracted to the surface of drum. This is the first separation. In the second step, the flushing water below flush the raw materials back for the second separation. This time the flowing direction of the raw materials is opposite to the rotary direction of the magnetic drum. Then along with the rotation of drum, the iron magnetite materials on the surface of drum will finally leave the magnetic field and fall to the ore concentrate box under gravity. Also, the flushing water above helps to flush the iron magnetite into the ore concentrate box. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic materials can not be attracted and will flow to the discharge pipe for tailings.

Features 

The three roll magnetic separator employs permanent magnets to generate magnetic fields of varying intensities, utilising three magnetic rolls arranged in series upper, middle, and lower to separate minerals. It is commonly employed for the purification of weakly magnetic ores such as limonite, manganese ore, rare earth minerals, and monazite, as well as for iron removal from non-metallic minerals, thereby achieving efficient, multi-stage dry separation.
 
The three-roll magnetic separator employs a powerful magnetic field generated by permanent magnets. Through three magnetic rolls with differing magnetic properties and rotational speeds, it separates magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals within the pulp, thereby achieving pre-selection or purification.
