Product Description
Fiberglass reinforced plastic spiral chute is a combination of the characteristics of spiral concentrate , spiral chute , shaker and centrifugal concentrate . It has been appraised and approved by the Ministry of Metallurgy through organizing relevant scientific research , design , universities and mining plants . It is considered that the equipment has excellent performance and advanced separation indexes . It has won the prize of scientific and technological research achievements of the Ministry of Metallurgy . Now it has been non - ferrous and centrifugal concentrate . Ferrous metal mines are widely used . The equipment is suitable for separating iron ore , ilmenite , chromite , pyrite , zircon , rutile , monazite , phosphorite , tungsten ore , tin ore , tantalum , niobium ore and other non - ferrous , rare and non - metallic minerals with different specific gravity .
Working Principle
The spiral chute is set up, the vertical line is calibrated, the iron frame or wood is fixed in the appropriate position, and the sand pump sends the ore to the top two inlet ports of the spiral, adding supplementary water to adjust the concentration of the ore paddle. The ore paddle naturally swirls from high to downward, generating an inertial centrifugal force in the rotating slope flow rate. The difference in the specific gravity, particle size and shape of the ore ore is different. Through the effect of gravity and centrifugal force of swirling flow, the ore and sand are separated, the concentrate flows into the concentrate bucket and is connected with the pipe, the tail sand flows into the tailing bucket and is connected to the sand pool with the pipe, and then discharged with the sand pump, completing the whole process of mineral processing.
