1.Product Description
Jiangxi Changyi YA series circular vibrating screen belongs to the type of self-centering vibrating screen. The vibrating screen has the advantages of reasonable structure, low operating noise, long service life, safe and reliable production and easy maintenance. It is widely used in material classification, dehydration, desliming, and demediation. It has good classification quality and high efficiency.
2.Working Principle and Parameters
The working principle of the circular vibrating screen is based on forced synchronous vibration, that is, the vibration motor makes the screen box make periodic reciprocating motion along the straight line. At the same time, the materials in the screen box are evenly distributed on the screen and move towards the discharge port due to the friction of the screen. During the movement, the materials are graded and screened, and the fine particles fall through the screen to the lower layer, while the large particles are blocked on the screen surface, and move toward the discharge port with the vibration of the screen box until they are discharged from the discharge port.
