1.Product Description

Flotation machine is the abbreviation of flotation concentrator, refers to the mechanical equipment to complete the flotation process. In the flotation machine, after the addition of pharmaceutical treatment of the slurry, through the agitation of the inflatable, so that some of the mineral particles selectively fixed in the air bubbles on top of the floating to the surface of the slurry is scraped to form a foam product, the rest of which is retained in the slurry, in order to achieve the purpose of separating the minerals. Flotation machine structure in many forms, the most commonly used is the mechanical agitation flotation machine.

2.Working Principle and Parameters

After the ore has been wet grinding, the minerals that have been basically dissociated from the monomer are adjusted into a certain concentration of slurry, which is fully reconciled with the flotation flotation chemicals in the mixing tank and sent to the flotation machine. When the impeller of the flotation machine is rotating, the slurry inside the upper and lower impeller chambers will generate a centrifugal force under the effect of upper and lower blades, which is thrown to the surroundings, so that the upper and lower impeller chambers will form a negative-pressure zone.
