Product Description
Sawtooth wave jig is limited by the reasons of small processing capacity and high energy consumption of diaphragm jig. For this reason, sawtooth wave jig is developed to meet the needs of metal mine gravity separation. The pulsation characteristic curve of sawtooth wave jig is sawtooth wave, which can make the heavy mineral particles in fine grains settle sufficiently, and greatly reduce the supplementary water under the screen. Thus, the recovery rate can be improved and energy consumption can be saved.
Working Principle
The jig machine is an open tank filled with water with a thick bed of particles, called ragging, supported on a horizontal perforated surface as below.
The water is pulsated up and down (i.e., the jigging action) pneumatically or with the use of a mechanical plunger.
The jigging action causes denser particles to preferentially trickle down faster and are removed from the bottom of the unit.

Product Parameter
Sawtooth wave jig is mainly composed of slot bolt, prop, chassis, electromagnetic speed regulating motor, coupling and cam box. The pulsation curve of sawtooth wave jig is sawtooth waveform, which can make the cone bucket go up quickly and slowly. The first half of the pressure range is accelerated, the second half is decelerated, and the suction range is decreased, which greatly improves the recovery rate.
