Product Description

1.Product Description

According to the production practice of some mineral processing plants, for sticky ores, the eccentricity should not be less than 30mm. The width of the trough of the trough feeder is approximately 2-2.5 times the maximum particle size of the feed material. The largest trough feeder can feed iron ore with a particle size of less than 500mm. The most commonly used specification is the 980*1240 trough feeder, whose feeding particle size is 350-0mm, which is suitable as the feeding equipment for the 400*600 jaw crusher.

 

2.Working Principle and Parameters

The trough feeder equipment is generally installed at the lower part of the discharge port of the silo. The ore falls onto the drain plate at the bottom of the tank. The bottom drain plate is set on the roller, and the drain plate and the double output shaft are decelerated by the eccentric mechanism. connected to the machine, and then connected to the motor through a coupling. When working, the motor drives the reducer through the coupling, and the eccentric plate moves linearly back and forth with the equipment's leakage plate between the bottom of the trough frame and the roller, thereby completing uniform feeding.

3.Features and Application
1.Simple structure, easy operation, no lubrication, small power consumption, can evenly adjust the amount of ore feeding.
2.Good continuous performance of trough feeder, smooth transmission, high transmission efficiency, can change and control the flow at any time.
Application:
The chute feeder can be installed on the ground or hoisted on the discharge port of ore bin. The chute bottom plates do the reciprocating movement. Stroke can be adjusted by the eccentric wheel; the eccentric throw is half as big as the stroke. According to experience of some mine sites, the eccentric throw should be no less than 30mm for cohesive ore. The chute width is 2-2.5 times bigger than the maximum feeding granularity. The biggest chute feeder can supply ore with granularity less than 500mm.
