Product Description

1.Product Description
The main function of the fine sand recycling machine is to clean, dehydrate and classify sand and gravel. It can well recover the large amount of fine sand lost by the sand washing machine in the traditional sand making industry. It not only improves economic benefits, but also reduces the cost and cost of tailings processing. The loss of fine sand will cause pollution and damage to the environment.

 

 

 

2.Working Principle and Parameters

The pump slurry sand-water mixture is transported to the high-pressure mud and sand separator. The centrifugally classified and concentrated tailings are supplied to the dewatering screen through the grit nozzle. After dehydration through the dewatering screen, the tailings and water are effectively separated. A small amount of tailings, mud, etc. are recycled through the return box. Return to the cleaning tank. When the liquid level in the cleaning tank is too high, it will be discharged through the discharge port. The weight concentration of the material recovered by the dewatering screen is 70%-85%. Adjusting the fineness modulus can be achieved by changing the pump speed, changing the mortar concentration, adjusting the overflow water volume, and replacing the mortar nozzle. Thereby completing the three functions of cleaning, dehydration and grading.
