Product Description
Magnetic separator is a kind of magnetic separating equipment which de-irons from dry powder continuously and automatically. It has internal unique magnetic circuit design and magnetic source which is high-performance of materials. Its magnetic system is a ring-shape chain closed magnetic circuit with energizing coils made of copper tube and cooled internally by water. Grooved plates made of magnetic conductive stainless steel are used as magnetic matrix. The core of each separator is the magnetic system with its unique design, which has a proven record of high efficiency.

Applied Materials
Magnetic Separator is one kind of efficient equipment for processing fine and feebly magnetic minerals, such as hematite, limonite, wolfram, and tantalum-niobium, etc.
When working, the material is fed into the hopper first, and the material is vibrated by the vibrating motor. The discharge amount can be accurately adjusted by the handwheel. The magnetic roller is driven by a speed motor, and the speed is adjusted by a speedometer to control the output of the magnetic separator and the grade of the concentrate. The ore particles are fed into the upper magnetic roller through conveyor belt for sorting. Because the ore particles of limonite are magnetic, they are immediately adsorbed on the magnetic roller by strong magnetic field.
Because gangue particles are not magnetic, the strong magnetic field of the magnetic roller does not attract them. With the rotation of the magnetic roller, the ore particles are always adsorbed on the magnetic roller, while the gangue particles are thrown when the magnetic roller turns to the front position. Out in front of the separator plate, the ore particles continue to be brought to the demagnetization area by magnetic rollers and automatically fall into a concentrator bucket to collect the concentrate products.
