Working Principle: 

The principle of flotation is a mineral processing method that uses the different physical and chemical properties of mineral surfaces to separate minerals. Foam flotation is widely used in industry. Its characteristic is that useful minerals selectively attach to the air bubbles in the slurry and then float to the surface of the slurry to achieve the separation of useful minerals and gangue. Before flotation, the ore must be ground to the particle size required for flotation, so that the useful minerals can basically be separated into monomers for separation. And add flotation chemicals. During flotation, air is introduced into the slurry to form a large number of bubbles, so particles of minerals that are not easily wetted by water, usually called hydrophobic mineral particles, adhere to the bubbles and float to the surface of the slurry along with the bubbles to form a mineralized foam layer; And those particles that are easily wetted by water, commonly called hydrophilic mineral particles, cannot adhere to the bubbles and remain in the slurry. The purpose of sorting is achieved by discharging the mineralized foam.
