Vibrating sluice box is a new type of alluvial gold ore dressing equipment researched on the basis of ordinary fixed flow chute.It combines the advantages of fixed chute and jigger, overcomes the shortcomings of fixed flow chute which is easy to slate and the shortcomings of jigger which has a large output rate,so as to obtain the feature of small output rate but not easy to slate. 

Working Principle

Vibrating sluice box is the use of gold and sand specific gravity difference,slurry flow through the chute,than the heavy gold precipitation in the bottom layer,sand and other small specific gravity floating in the upper layer with the water flow out of the work area.When the drum chute work,the slurry first into the feed chute,the width of the feed chute and the width of the chute is equal,slightly lower than the bed of the chute,play the role of buffer and distribution of slurry,to avoid direct impact of the slurry bed. Slurry into the chute for sorting.
