Discription of Rotary Scrubber:
Rotary scrubber can wash a variety of difficult to wash large ores, the cylinder slowly rotating just like a washing machine, using the rotating cylinder and the scraper in the cylinder and the pebbles and rocks in the material to decompose clay, blocks and soft oxides.
Features of Rotary Scrubber:

Preparation before installation:
1. Layout drawings of foundation and anchor bolts are available.
2. Drawings of the design size and setting point of the base of the washing machine are available.
3. There is a transmission layout, with reference data of the size of the gear.
4. Thoroughly clear the surface of the base, and the adjusting screws should be cleaned and lubricated in order to adjust the work.
5. Clean the sludge and dirt between the beam of the base of the wheel to perform measurement work at the wheel.
6. Clean gears and gear covers.
