The working characteristics of the spiral chute are that the fine, medium and tailings are intercepted at the end of the chute respectively, and no flushing water is added during the selection process. The spiral chute is the main part of the equipment, which is made of spiral plates made of fiberglass connected by bolts. The inner surface of the spiral chute is coated with a wear-resistant lining, usually polyurethane wear-resistant glue or epoxy resin mixed with artificial corundum. While the spiral chute body is pasted, a wear-resistant layer containing diabase powder is applied to the inner surface. There are ore separators and ore feed troughs above the spiral chute; there are product interceptors and ore receiving troughs at the bottom. The entire equipment is vertically erected with channel steel.
