Product Description
Vibrating sieves are used to separate materials into various sizes for further processing or for end use. The material is separated by passing through a vibrating "screen or meshes" which has a number of different sized according to customer's requirements. The end products can then be used in the building and construction industries. It features advanced structure, powerful vibrating forces, low vibration noise, easy maintenance, high durability and etc.
Working Principle
The vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen box, a vibrator, a supporting device, and a motor. The motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the V-belt. Due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter, the combined screen box vibrates. Different amplitudes can be obtained by changing the eccentric weight of the exciter.
