The 6-S shaker is a gravity mineral processing equipment, developed from a planar chute, and later became its own system characterized by its asymmetric reciprocating motion. The 6-S shaking table consists of three parts: bed surface, frame and transmission mechanism. The bed surface is trapezoidal or diamond-shaped, with a lateral inclination of 1° to 5°. A feeding trough and water trough are arranged above the inclined edge. Arrange the bed strips longitudinally, with their height decreasing from the transmission end to the opposite side. The entire bed surface is supported by the frame, and a transmission device is installed at one end of the bed surface. The latter can make the bed surface have a sharp return movement characteristic when it advances toward the end, which is the so-called differential motion.
