2.Working Principle and Parameters
The material joins from the upper mouth, falls into the crushing cavity, is struck by the high-speed rotating plate hammer, and is quickly thrown to the counterattack plate, and is rebounded to the hammer plate after the impact, and is struck again. Such high-frequency strikes and counter-attacks, so that the material is gradually crushed from large to small, the smaller material falls to the lower crushing chamber, by the high-speed rotation of the dense hammer blow, repeat the upper crushing process. Due to the small cavity, the hammer head and the counterattack plate tooth edge between the part of the material to exert shear stress, milling, accelerate the fine crushing of the material. At the same time, the hammer head drives the material to produce flow, and produces great grinding effect between each other, so that the material is further finely crushed until it is crushed into the required particle size.
