Product Description
The flotation machine is driven by the motor triangle belt to drive the impeller to rotate, resulting in centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is drawn to mix with the pulp, on the other hand, the pulp is stirred to mix with the medicine, and the foam is refined to make the minerals adhere to the foam and float to the pulp surface to form the mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate, control the liquid level, so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.
Working Principle
When grinding or after grinding, water and necessary reagents are added to mix the ore slurry into a stirring tank, then air is injected into the slurry to form a large number of bubbles. Some mineral particles which are not easily wetted by water, i.e. hydrophobic mineral particles, attach to bubbles and float with bubbles. On the surface of the pulp, mineralized bubbles are formed. Other mineral particles which are easy to be wetted by water do not adhere to the bubbles, but remain in the pulp, and the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals are discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of mineral processing.
