Fine sand recycling machine is a special equipment for efficiently recovering fine sand from sand washing wastewater, tailings and other scenarios,which can solve the problem of high loss rate of fine sand in the traditional sand washing process,enhance the resource utilisation rate and reduce environmental pollution.Its core functions include sediment separation,fine sand dewatering,tailings recovery,etc.It is suitable for sand and gravel plants,mineral processing plants,hydropower stations and other scenarios.

Working Principle and Parameters

Spiral washing machine removes clays and other deleterious materials by material-on-material inter-particle scrubbing, as well as the interaction with the paddle shafts and water. For clay contaminated hard rock and ore, it needs more aggressive washing action than any other type of ore available. The left and right spiral shafts complete ore scrubbing and lifting, also convey the material over the machine length to the discharge.
