This equipment is suitable for sorting iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, sulfide iron ore, zircon, rutile, monazite, phosphorus ethylene ore, tungsten ore, tin ore, tantalum ore, niobium ore, and other nonferrous metals, rare metals and nonmetallic mineral objects with specific gravity difference of the finest material with the grain size of 0.3--0.02 mm. This equipment has a stable and easy-to-control sorting process, a wide range of permissible changes in the concentration of the feed ore, a high enrichment ratio and a high recovery rate. It has the advantages of small footprint, low water consumption, simple structure, no need for power, large processing capacity, easy installation, convenient operation, and quick effect with small investment.

Working Principle
The work of the spiral chute is characterized by the interception of concentrate, medium and tailings at the end of the chute, and without the addition of rinsing water during the sorting process. The spiral chute is the main part of the equipment and is made of spiral pieces made of fiberglass reinforced plastic bolted together. The inner surface of the spiral chute is coated with a wear-resistant lining, usually a polyurethane wear-resistant adhesive or epoxy resin mixed with synthetic diamond sand. A wear-resistant layer containing pyroxene powder is applied to the inner surface while gluing the spiral chute body. In the upper part of the spiral chute, there are ore separator and ore feeding chute; in the lower part, there are product interceptor and ore receiving chute. The whole equipment is erected vertically with channel steel.
