1.Product Description

Centrifuge is one of the high efficiency reclassification equipments for reclassifying the cluster of ore particles in a centrifugal force field. The principle of this equipment is to use centrifugal force to expand the gravity of mineral particles to separate heavy and light particles.

2.Working Principle and Parameters

When the suspension containing fine particles stands still, the suspended particles gradually sink due to the action of gravity field. The heavier the particle, the faster it sinks, whereas particles less dense than liquid rise. The velocity of the particle moving in the gravitational field is related to the size, shape and density of the particle, and also to the strength of the gravitational field and the viscosity of the liquid. When the centrifuge is operating, the high-speed rotation of the rotor can produce a large centrifugal force, and the use of centrifugal force for sliding film beneficiation can effectively strengthen the gravity separation process.
