Product Description
The 6-S shaker (also known as 6S shaker, mineral processing shaker, fiberglass shaker) is a gravity mineral processing equipment, developed from a plane chute, and later became its own system characterized by its asymmetric reciprocating motion. The 6-S shaking table consists of three parts: the bed surface, the frame and the transmission mechanism. The bed surface is trapezoidal or diamond-shaped, with a 1°-5° inclination in the transverse direction. A feeding trough and a water supply trough are arranged above the inclined edge. Arrange the bed strips longitudinally, with their height decreasing from the transmission end to the opposite side. The entire bed surface is supported by the frame, and a transmission device is installed at one end of the bed surface. The latter can make the bed surface have a sharp return movement characteristic when it advances toward the end, which is the so-called differential motion.
