1.Product Description
Jiangxi Changyi trommel screen can be used for screening a variety of materials. Whether it is low-quality coal, slime, soot or other materials, it can be screened smoothly. During the screening process, the materials entering the screening cylinder can be screened according to impurities and dirt to achieve the purpose of screening, which can effectively improve the screening efficiency of the equipment.

2.Working Principle and Parameters

The drum unit is mounted on the frame at an angle. The motor is connected with the drum device through the reducer and coupling, and drives the drum device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface turns and rolls, so that the qualified material (screened product) is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, and the unqualified material (screened product) is discharged through the discharge port at the end of the drum. Due to the turning and rolling of the materials in the drum, the materials stuck in the sieve holes can be ejected to prevent the sieve holes from being blocked.
