Rotary Trommel Scrubber washing machine is a main washing equipment in mining industrial, widely used for washing alluvial type,sand type ores and stones, that with much sticky clay, with much good washing effect for clay.It is able to de-slime of the ore sand and stone, the drum inside is equipped with single or double-layer round screen can get 2 to 3 different size of sand stone products.

 

                          Working Principle                      

 

Working principle: The rotor of the machine adopts a barrel structure, and the barrel is placed on the tugboat group, which can rotate freely. The motor and reducer are fixed on the bracket. The motor drives the reducer through the coupling to rotate, the output shaft of the reducer drives the pinion to rotate, the pinion bit the big gear drives the rotation, the big gear is fixed outside the cylinder, the rotation of the cylinder drives the material to roll, due to the water flow, the small debris on the material in the cylinder flows out through the sieve hole on the cylinder, so as to achieve the purpose of washing ore. According to the size of the sieve hole can also play the role of material classification.
