1.Product Description

Vibrating feeder, refers to a device that can feed lumpy and granular materials from the storage bin to the material receiving device evenly, regularly and continuously. In the sand and gravel production line, it can continuously and evenly feed the crushing machinery and conduct coarse screening of the materials. It is widely used in combined crushing and screening equipment in metallurgy, coal mines, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, abrasives and other industries.

2.Working Principle and Parameters
 

The vibrating feeder uses the rotation of the eccentric block in the vibrator to generate centrifugal force, which causes the movable parts such as the screen box and the vibrator to make forced continuous circular or approximately circular movements. The vibrating feeder is composed of a feeding trough, an exciter, a spring support, a transmission device, etc
