Mineral Processing Blanket Machine is a kind of fine-grained mineral recovery equipment based on the principle of gravity separation, which is mainly used for tailings treatment or raw ore enrichment, and can efficiently recover heavy metals such as tungsten, tin, gold, copper, lead, zinc and other rare metals such as rare earths, tantalum and niobium. Its core advantages are high recovery rate, fully automatic discharge and adaptability to the characteristics of fine-grained minerals.

Working Principle and Parameters

After the slurry enters the sorting cone, due to the reduced flow rate and vibration, the minerals are stratified according to density and particle size: the surface flow layer discharges the light minerals, the intermediate rheological layer enriches the mixed minerals, and the sedimentary layer captures the heavy minerals.

Adjustable parameters: rotational speed and angle can be adjusted to suit different mineral properties and optimise sorting efficiency. Fully-automatic operation: automatically discharging tailings and recovering concentrate, only start/stop operation is required, saving manpower. High recovery rate: the recovery effect is remarkable for tailings with fine particles (≤0.5mm), especially suitable for low-grade ores which are difficult to be processed by traditional equipment. Compact structure: small footprint, large processing capacity.
