The spiral classifier is one of the mineral processing equipment. It is a kind of equipment that uses the principle that the solid particles have different specific gravities and therefore different precipitation speeds in the liquid to perform mechanical classification. It can filter the powder ground in the mill, and then use the spiral blades to rotate the coarse material into the mill feed port, and discharge the filtered fine material from the overflow pipe. The spiral classifier is referred to as the classifier. There are four main types of classifiers: high weir single spiral and double spiral, submerged single spiral and double spiral classifiers.
