Working Principle and Parameters

Ball mill

The material enters the inside of the cylinder through the ball mill feed bin, and the grinding medium of a certain shape and size is installed inside. When the ball mill rotates, the grinding body adheres to the lining surface of the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force and friction with the lining surface of the inner wall of the cylinder, rotates with the cylinder, and is brought to a certain height. It falls freely under the action of gravity. When falling, the grinding body is like a projectile, impacting the material at the bottom and crushing the material.
